@EA_Solaire I can't download sim4 for free either. Keeps prompting me to subscribe to EA play or EA play pro. Am I suppose to be a s subscriber to get sims 4 free?

@maisielimm Is there a button to get the game somewhere below the ads for EA Play? (You might need to scroll down.) If not, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Can you go to Origin and attempt to claim The Sims 4 now and get us a screenshot of what you see please? - @EA_Cade I'm also having this problem but my Mac is fine. I get to the choose your edition but can't get any further from there.
