I bought Expansion packs but they say I don't own it

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.92.145.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Island Living, City Living, Seasons, Discover University
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you press Load Game you will see
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to load the game and it says I can't play unless I remove all the packs because they're not owned
What do you expect to see? I should be able to load the game without issue
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Please fix this, the packs were a lot of money

    Do you use EA app the download them? DLC not installing on EA app is a current issue. Check the download path to see if files were there(EP03, EP05, EP06, EP07, EP08). If not, try to use Origin to install them until it was fixed.

    I have this issue when, after having to re-install origin as it refused to let me launch Sims 4 this morning, suddenly lacked already purchased packs. 

    This is unacceptable considering how much money I put into this game as it is.

    Hi @4411046595000240,

    I'm not seeing any issues with your entitlements, are you still seeing this issue now? If so can you please ensure you're on the latest version of Origin for Mac?

    You can also try temporarily removing all mods and CC to see if that resolves the issue.

    Please let me know how you get on.

    I am having the same problem, I have tried getting rid of the CC and mods as well as uninstalling then reinstalling origin but still doesn't say that I own a pack and some kits that  I bought recently. But it does say that I own the cottage living pack that I bought months ago.
