The first thing that comes to mind is that you might be logged into a different Origin account from which you purchased the game on. If you go to Origin in the top left corner>Order History you'll be able to view if the game was purchased on that account. If it's not showing up there, please reach out to our Live-Support team if you can't figure out what other account you may have it on.
If it's showing up there and still giving you an error, try deleting the Origin client and re-download the latest version. Clearing the cache can help too!
If the error happens again, try reinstalling the game to see if fresh files register it to your account. Keep us updated on what helped!
