Yes to all of the things mentioned by posters so far. As @Screion & @ToastedSarnie  have said, I've seen the "install" message and the "pots/bots" messages stuck on screen (in different matches). Also as @GLiTcHz2 says, I don't think I have seen them stuck unless I have joined the Ops after it had already started. Really good point to notice.
