Follow the help below so you can get direct help on this issue and also at the same time they can document the glitch in the event others begin to endure this as well.

How to use EA Help

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
3. Select the See all help topics
4. Select the option I want to report a bug in my game (3rd row 10th down)
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email instantly.
