HI @marjobar To confirm can we try using the "Forgot my password" option on the Pogo sign in screen?

You will be asked to provide the email that was on your Pogo account, and from there you will receive an email on how to reset your password. 

I would recommend saving this, and trying to log in once its been reset.

    I seem to have exhausted  all possibilities to recover my Club Pogo account, although I have provided them with proof of payment and the admission from Pogo that I do have that account. Umpteen advisors gave me lots of friendly "I am sorry's" but four weeks later I am still locked out of my account. They keep telling me my login does not even exist ! What more can I do ?????

    Hi @marjobar I've removed your attachment, we do not allow personal sensitive information to be posted here on Answers HQ. 

    To confirm we may be missing information, to access your Pogo account please sign in with your account Email and Password.  

    The screenshot you attached was giving a hint of the email at the bottom. 

    If you do not have access to that email or cannot remember which email was used. I would recommend checking out our Help Article: I Can't Log In

    If you continue running into login issues, please reach back out to our support for further assistance.
