Re: pogo daily sudoku has many problems

I don't think admins grasp the issue; I can play the calendar puzzle, but not the daily challenge one - you know, the one with the trophy icon at the bottom of the game screen. No problems playing the Beginner to Expert levels, but it totally blanks out on the challenge one, as explained by original poster. Therefore, it is NOT an issue with us, but on your end.  Please check this out!

I have been having the same problem with pogo daily sudoku since 8/19/2022. I can play the beginner through expert levels but can not play the daily bonus game (torphy). I have cleared my cache, shut everything down and rebooted to no avail. Does anyone know how to contact EA by phone so you can talk to a real person?

I've been having the same issue with the daily puzzle. When I open it, the day is stuck on Friday and no numbers show up. I have this issue on my Fire tablet, Surface PC and my work HP PC.  Really seems to be a Pogo issue.

I have been having the same issue for a week now. The daily trophy challenge will load the puzzle squares but no numbers and no help icons.

They have this page as "solved" when it is not. I have gone to another page where the topic is still open, hoping they respond. THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED!

Your solution does not work. It did not work last week or any day thereafter. PLEASE FIX THIS! THANK YOU!:-)

I've also tried reaching out to Pogo via Facebook Messaging, but no response there yet either. My subscription renews in March, but I think I'll ignore it as they've ignored my pleas for help.

I have been a member since 2004 except when I lived where there was no internet.

Subscription due next week.

Will not renew. Sooo many issues.

Currently daily sudoku and garden blast down. Glitches in various games never resolved.

Pogo used to be more member focussed now just money focussed.

No more from me Pogo.

Not deserving of my continued support.

Will miss it temporarily but being more careful with my money these days.

Hackneyed replies to legitimate customer issues inferring that it is our problem.

Sorry but that no longer cuts it in this market.

We deserve much better.

@propladyCP yes, I've talked with "Sconnie" several times via Facebook messenger. They've known for over two months and have been "working on it". On another thread I posted (they closed this thread, so techs are NOT reading it), I gave a link to the Pogo board that mentions the issue, but all they've been saying all along is that they're aware & it will be fixed "soon". I just don't know their definition of "soon".
