For help with an EA game from our game advisors, we advise ever only going to our EA Help website, the Pogo Help website, or our official and verified EA Help social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook). If it doesn't have ea.com, pogo.com in the address URL, or if the social media account doesn't have a verified checkmark, then it's not an official EA site and you shouldn't share any information about yourself or your account to them.
