Solitaire Home Story

I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble loading the game on their IPad. It starts loading then I get a message that it’s unable to load. It is very frustrating. If anyone knows how to fix it I would appreciate your help.

    Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. There was a patch released a few days ago (more on that here), and sometimes, after an update, devices might not fully sync up right away. That can lead to loading issues like the one you're seeing, particularly on mobile browsers or tablets.

    Since you're playing on an iPad, here are a few steps that usually help clear things up:

    • Fully close Safari (or your browser of choice), not just the tab
    • Go to Settings > Safari and clear History and Website Data
    • Make sure your iPad software and browser are up to date
    • Restart the device — a full reboot can help apply the changes cleanly

     

    If you're still getting that error, could you share if you're using Safari or another browser, and exactly what the error message says?

    I have never been able to play this game because of its technical difficulties! I think that they need to fix everything that is wrong with it; before they make it the game of the month.

    I shared some steps in my post to nightwing12sn​ ​that could help if you're using an iPad or iOS device. If you're using something else, could you let me know what device and browser you're using?

    Also, are you seeing the same error message? If so, a screenshot would be super helpful to get a better visual of what’s going on.

    To help narrow things down, are you also playing on an iPad or iOS device? I've shared some steps here that could help with loading issues on those devices. 

    If you're using a different device or browser, could you let us know which ones? Could you also share a screenshot if you're seeing an error message when the game tries to load? Those few details would help us get a clearer idea of what’s going on.
