Re: Solitaire Home Story issues

This week, we have two badges to do. I'm at level 83 or more and now The game wont load.I've been trying to get into the game for 5 days but nothing is working. I went through Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge. I cleared my cookies, restarted my computer, still nothing. Please help!

I'm having the exact same problems with it.   I have spent a lot for gems on this game. It's in POGOs best interest to get it running again for all of us who wish to play it. Not to mention 2 badges down the drain for this week. Includes the daily badge today. 

I've been having the same issue with Home Story not loading.  I've tried all the recommended fixes, downloaded different browsers, etc. but nothing has worked.  It isn't a problem with my computer since my husband can get on fine under his screen name.  I tried to log in on his computer, as well as on my phone, but everything has failed.  It's like something is wrong with my account.  I've reported it 3 different times now, and now see a comment of "NO FIX AVAILABLE" so I guess they'll be no badges for me with this game or daily challenges.

This is so frustrating to pay for access to a game and find it won’t load.  Come on POGO trouble shoot and allow us to get our monies worth please. I’ve been a member since 2001 and about ready to move on!

I have noticed the same thing with solotaire home story......

I am having issues as well with Solitaire Home Story since yesterday afternoon. It tells you the cost, 2 or 3 stars, but when you go back, it requires more. Right now it wants 5 stars for her to sing to the tree. Originally it said 4 and now it is five. But oddly enough the red light comes on at 4 but you still see five when you go in. Seems like a programming error to me. Happened with others as well where the number needed changes. About ready to quit Pogo all together. Getting too expensive and performance has gone way down hill. 

I have not had any stars stay more than a minute or so after winning on Solitaire Home Story for 3 days now.  I have won 17 levels, but as soon as I win and the star shows up, it disappears, the most I have had in those 3 days is 3 stars but had to wait for another life and they disappeared, and I need 4 stars to advance.  I have reported it multiple times and now says waiting for me, but I have no idea what it is waiting for me to do, and when I try to update, it says that it won't load the page.  HELP!
