Re: Download

Hi @Davidkaa9898 - If you bought the game, you do not have to subscribe to Origin Access to play it again. You do need Origin client, but you do NOT need the subscription. You should be able to find your game in the Origin client. Download here: https://www.origin.com/store/download

Install Origin client and look in "My Library". You should find the game listed here, where you can download and install SimCity.

If SimCity is not in your game library - First, make sure that you are logged in to the same account you had when you last played. It's easy to forget after a year or so that you had a different account or email.

Check your Order History - go to http://origin.com/ and login. Click on your avatar at the bottom left of the page. Choose "EA Account and Billing" then "Order History" Use the drop-down lists at the top to choose "All status" and "All Dates" and check for your purchase.

Search your emails to see if you can find an order confirmation from when you bought the game. There are other tips to try in this article: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/ (change to your language in the top right-hand corner of the web page)

If you can't find SimCity anywhere in Origin, you will need to Contact EA for more help. Have copies of your email receipts or any other proof you can find that you bought the game. The more info you can provide to them, the more likely it is that they can help you.

I hope this helps!
