Re: Zoom issues with latest update

Just to follow up.

Support responded saying that during an update or new install the app runs a performance check and if areas of devices resources are deemed inadequate then certain features can be disabled.

It seems that my tablet's graphics are not up to scratch, probably due to the larger screen, so the zoom function has been disabled.

The only fix they suggest is using a more powerful tablet or a smaller device such as a phone.

I'll just find a different game to play on my tablet.

    @BabyloniaUK - Thanks so much for letting us know what they said. 

    I wonder if device resources specifically meant the display processor, or if something like freeing up more space or memory could help. Just as a test, you might want to go through and delete unused apps, clear cache on all apps, and make sure you have at least 10% storage available for SCBI. Of course, if it's the display processor itself, this won't help, but it might be worth a shot before completely giving up.
