Have the CD key

I have recently found my spore game case. However, It did not have the disk but i do have the product code. How can i redownload this game? Origin will not tell me what my code is to, if its wrong, or anything. Please help and thank you

I bought Spore on a CD. I installed it and entered my code, but only received the message:

"The game can not start. The registration code is invalid for he product. Find your registration code either in your confirmation email, your game manual/packaging, or game card".

Please can you tell me what can I do to get past this step and continue using the game?

I think that spore is a game that was released before 2008 which is not on the list. i am also having this problem and i have entered everycode i could find in my booklet and yet i have had no luck 

However i cant i Tryed but it says that its already been used I Do own the game however i cannot download it on origin  because of that so if anyone can help me Email me at [edit: email address removed]

ye happened to me too how can i do this, my  cd doesnt work,but i really want to play and not have to buy it again. i used the code so it says i cant install.HELP!

Hello, i need to contact your supervisors because i have a product key in the game case of my "EA Classics Spore" Game case, i have scratched the CD and tried to download it through the Origin code redemption option as you have suggested, but it said it has already been installed.
