    Hello darthhaxor and iceandflame,

    You can install your game through Origin if you have the product key.

     To do so, download Origin and install it on your PC: http://www.origin.com/download

     Then, click on "Origin" in the top left-hand corner and click "Add a product key".

     You will be able to enter your key, register your game and download and play Spore.

    If this does not work, please contact our advisors. They have the tools to manually activate your game upon proof.

Hello, i need to contact your supervisors because i have a product key in the game case of my "EA Classics Spore" Game case, i have scratched the CD and tried to download it through the Origin code redemption option as you have suggested, but it said it has already been installed. Please help, and Thank you.

2. Make sure you are logged in with your Origin ID
3. Choose your country (take a look right side upper navigation groin)
4. Press the orange button below right side "Contact us"
5. Follow the steps
