Thanks for sharing your experience with us, to confirm we are unable to assist with updating account information on an EA account here on Answers HQ. 

If you are unable to log in, or if your account has been deleted/deactivated you will need to try and reset your password using the email last on the account and then attempt to sign in. 

If you are unable to reset your password using the email address I would first recommend reaching out to your email provider for assistance with recovering access, or if you have already used the email on a new EA account you need to first remove it from the account then try to reset your older accounts password.
