Star Wars Battlefront

I recently purchased Star Wars Battlefront for PC and cannot get it to play.  I turned off my anti-virus and it still will not play.  I have one very disappointed 11 year old grandson.  I really need help.  Thank you.

    @fidget773 Hi, how does it fail exactly? Do you get any error message? You might want to check for the minimum requirements to run the game, or you can even post your specs here.

    I get the initial startup of the game.  When it comes to the part to start, I click and it freezes.  I am running Windows 10, have 12 gigs of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive.  Please, any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
