Jedi Fallen Order LowLevelFatalError after title screens

I have spent the last 2 days talking with support and trying to troubleshoot this issue myself to no avail. 

I played Fallen Order for around 4 hours, and the next day, when trying to start up the game, I get the attached error after the title screen. 

I have done everything support has recommended and everything listed on other threads. 

- Complete uninstall/reinstall (with DDU)

- Verifying files

- Updated video drivers

- Use older video drivers

- Use integrated graphics

- "Clean boot"

- Booting in compatibility modes

- Clearing Steam cache

- Deleting EA folders

- uninstall/reinstall EA

I feel that I've tried everything. I just want to play the game I started enjoying. I want to play the game I paid for.
