Hi @jd543543 and welcome to Answers HQ. Your issue it probably not going to be fixed by a patch and is most likely an issue with with the installation on your Playstation. This should explain it all:

Carbonic, I only have this issue with Star Wars. I've done ALL of the recommendations and none of them work.
