You can't change keybind for switching targets. You have to really deliberately move your mouse toward what you want to target and it should work. It's not sensitive, which is good so as not to switch accidentally, although a keybind to switch targets would be better. Maybe one day they'll actually figure out how to make a game like this with really good kb/m control setup possibilities, like locking the camera behind your character so as to avoid having to switch targets and lock-on mechanics all together.
