Re: 60 Hz vs 120 Hz
@RektalSphincter , @Fred_vdp he lol 😉 all lol aside at the he EDIT... sorry Fred was so NOT lol at you it just made me think how upset my husband would be if I was a he 😛 I game on 3 Benq screens 144hrz with 1ms . For the last 6 years I was on 3 Samsung screens 60hrz with 8ms and when I got the new screens I was fully blown away at the way it looked and acted. I can get more kills now and even though I am not a fan of eye candy I can see / spot other players more easy on the new screens. I have always been about farms per second in game not the eye candy but the new screens well they made my jaw drop in star wars and in BF4 as I can now see things I did not see on my old screens. And once you go to 120hrz or 144hrz you will never ever go back to 60hrz lol. Just my view but you may as well just go up to 144hrz to get the best experience but fully your call.
From the homework I did on screens I went with the Benq due to the reviews and amazing color they have and from my own past record with screens I only buy Benq or Samsung as they seem to last forever. Another gamer I know was on Asus 144hrz screens and we did homework together on this as he was not happy with his asus screens color. He bought a new BenQ screen as well and he said it blew his old 144hrz asus away with the color.
What ever you decide to buy just make sure it has the 1ms as this allows you to see / move / turn and react faster. Years ago I did game on 120hrz screen yes it looked amazing but I do not recall if it helped me with game play /able to see other players sooner but I used it for 3d gaming when it first came out lol.
Some links and videos to help you decide what is best for you....
http://gaming.benq.com/gaming-monitor/xl2720z <--- this is what I got yes my bezel around the screens is larger then what I had but does not effect me as I am used to it. One thing I like on this screen is I did not have to set up any color out of the box just set my PC to 144hrz :]

On a last note on all this what ever you buy be sure your video card can use a DP or DVI cable so you can pull out the 120 or 144Hrz with what ever you go with :] Do your homework and decide what is best for you and your needs as it is $$$$ to go down this road and for me it was well worth it. I hope this was some help for you and if you want more help I am more then happy to help you. Good luck
