Re: Story Mode is overly "difficult" for a "Story Mode"

The game has great graphical details and animations, however the AI difficulty and the gameplay mechanics are terrible. You can kill a soldier pretty easy but when it comes to killing a creature you are simply dog *. I mean come on you are supposed to be a JEDI, that lightsaber and that force power should count for something. The old SW games like jedi outcast, jedi academy and kotor 1 & 2 had way better mechanics than the current star wars games.

Dodge option is also terrible because other games usually use "space" or "SHIFT" key for usage, however here "space" is for jump and by the time you press "Z" half of your health is already gone. Plus I think it lacks force powers(yes I understand you are PADAWAN), because on the first 2 planets you can only use slow and compared to a bigger creature it's not much of a help. Even if you manage to dodge, the character will get stuck in the face of the creature and the next attack will hit you.

At first I set the difficulty on jedi master, but since I died so fast from the large creatures, I lowered to jedi knight and then to story mode. No matter what mode you play, your health is still like a piece of paper. I feel like playing "For Honor", one mistake and you are almost dead. Plus that mob reset after you die and exp stolen from the mob who killed you is very much annoying.

Compared to the previous EA games this one had the fastest uninstall from my side(after 1 hour of game time). Luckily I tried it with origin access which ends soon, so no need for refund. 🙂

I don't know what happens with EA but ever since the launch of Anthem, they disappoint more and more with every game.
