Re: Star Wars Battlefront - any single player maps in dlc

Is this recognized as an issue by the developers?  Many many people are buying the DLC only to find that they have no way of even playing any of the content.  A friend of mine was debating for a while on the season pass, finally he went ahead and bought it only to find that he couldn't play any of it!!!   

Are the developers aware that this is an issue?

Yes, it's recognized by them. But they don't care. Just as they don't care you can't play online because there's not enough people.

Yeah they are laughing at you for buying the season pass for $50 just to sit at the death star lobby. So close yet so far. That's what scammers do and thieves. EA should be better than that. At least remove the player start limit so I can at least fly solo.

What the heck???? How can they give no single player maps???? How freaking hard is it to just run the same AI with these maps?

They look so cool and I just bought the pack and for two weeks I have yet to be able to see a single bit of it?

How are EA any better than Nigerian scammers?

I'm stunned beyond belief that they offer zero single player mode?

I mean why did they even make the content? What if you want to see some of the cool stuff two years from now? They never thought of that?

And how long would it take them to just toggle on the single player modes? A day of coding, if even? And they can't be bothered???

I honestly feel like reporting this scam to my state Attorney General.

Its not about the work it takes it  was most likely a marketing strategy.   They saved bots/single player in the expansion packs as a feature for Battlefront 2

All of my Origin friends already have their own team.

Yesterday they play 20 vs 20. And when I join their game, I was disconnected because the game is full...

Just make a new team then. Play by an appointment like they did. Collect all dioramas. Get more credits. Increase ranks.

Rather than complaining to EA. It will only hurt our hearts...

I waited in an empty lobby these whole two days, and only waste my times adding all the Origin ID I found to become friends so I can play multiplayer.

Even sometimes I found 1 person in empty lobby, waiting for 2 more players, then I add him/her as Origin friend. But until now, he/she doesn't even accept yet.

Well...this game is making me crazy!!! What's the problem with accepting friend request?

The purpose is: If we're still not become Origin friends, we cannot chat in-game...

So how can we make an appointment to play multiplayer together??

It's nothing to lose to have more friends in Origin.

So let's play!

I too purchased the game with the four expansion packs because they looked sooooo cool. I bought the game six month before Battlefront 2 was released. I'e never been able to play any of the expansion content because there are very few servers running the original battlefront and no one is playing. Sucks. I agree with the comment about making the maps available with the regular BOTs but EA doesn't care about the people buying the games, just that they have your money for nothing.
