I can tell you now that if you took that error message seriously, you are most likely going to need to get a game refund -- Intel's video isn't good enough, no matter what driver is involved.  I'll look at the DxDiag now ..

(Five minutes later)  There's a great deal more wrong that only being able to use a Lego Toy of a video devive. 

Instead of a normal full power CPU, you only have a dual core Celeron.  The game requires a full power quad core processor.  It also requires 8 GBs of system memory, and you have only half of that.  There is no other video device revealed by the DxDiagm and the real thing, from a real graphics company, is definitely required, sorry!

    Looks like I need to attempt to get a refund.  I will investigate that.  I greatly appreciate your help.

    @fbseymore You can find information about getting a refund through the great game guarantee here

    In future you might want to check out the system requirements for a game before purchasing so you don't run into this issue again. 😉 Good luck 🙂
