Zeffo Crash Site secret bugged

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Collected secret from the crash site on Zeffo, logged off and when I returned there was no completion on my map it was 0/1. So I went back and the secret was no longer there. I do, however, have the Zeffonian Cranium lore in my databank which is what you receive after having picked up the secret.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log off after collecting the secret and not saving? Not exactly sure how it happened to me to be perfectly honest.
What happens when the bug occurs? The secret in the crash site on Zeffo can no longer be collected, and you receive no progress towards completion. the lore is collected to your databank however.
What do you expect to see? The glowing orb is visible and I am able to interact with it. Once collected it completes the secrets portion of my map collectibles.

    @NeuroAutonomy Yup missing that and also some chest and secrets in Dathomir as well. This really sucks. I have no intention of starting a new game. Just fix it so I receive achievements and shows as completed and explored on map and counted towards unlocking BD-1's map and encrypted logs...

    Not as far as I know. There’s a patch today for PC but that mainly looks like texture and loading screen fixes. The console version of the patch will drop later this week. Fingers crossed a fix for this is in there.

    @NeuroAutonomy Same deal here but on PS4. Need only that secret for Platinum. Hopefully they fix but I'll prob just resign a save for the Plat to pop.

    Same problem on the xbox. They some hoes for not fixing this yet. Literally the last thing I have to do. I just want my achievement.

    With the new patch this has now been fixed for me. Had last saved at the ice caves just before the crash site and literally on the load in screen the last 2 trophies popped for me. So go try to go back to the area now and it should hopefully count now.
