100% ALL Planets and Databank entries but throphy didn't pop

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug I've completed BD-1's holomaps, explored all the planets and had all databank and tactical guide entries and yet the A Galaxy, Far, Far Away trophy doesn't pop, which is the last trophy I need to get platinum.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I went back to get all databank entries and when I finally completed the finding the nightsister databank on Dathomir but the trophy didn't pop.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing just that the trophy isn't popping
What do you expect to see? Hopefully, get my trophy which is the last one I need before platinum.

    For anyone who has this problem:

    I accidentally solved this: close the game completely (or turn off the console), then use the ship travel to each planet. Don't use the hologram on the ship to check the progress (it shows 100% but incorrect), open the minimap each time (do not use hologram on the ship) when you land on each planet to check your progress, it will show you the true progression
