Game Breaking Bug on Nur - Fortress Inquisitorius Outside Airlock

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug After navigating to Nur on the Holotable, the game went blue and I was underwater under the map. I reset and was at the checkpoint after exiting the drop pod to get down to Nur. When I proceed by swimming up to the defensive perimeter, I cannot enter the airlock to proceed. Resetting the game brings me back to the checkpoint. The game is currently in an unplayable state. See a video of the bug here: https://youtu.be/ZnuvxQ8gbog
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Navigate to Nur?
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot enter the airlock to proceed into Fortress Inquisitorius.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to enter the airlock and proceed.

  • I had the same problem, it happened to me after I accidentally went back to nur when I beat the game

I still haven't gotten a response from EA about it. When I talked to them they essentially just said post on the forums and when enough people experience the same issue we will maybe address it in a patch.

You said you 'had' the same problem. Did you figure out a way to fix it??

This happened to me as well. Has there been a work around  mentioned yet?

Not that I know of. Also, I've heard nothing from EA on the issue.

  • Follow up! Potential solution for anyone!

On PS4, I was able to press Start on the game in the main PS4 menu then select Upload/Download Saved Data. I chose to download and overwrite the save data in my system storage with the most recent online storage data, and voila! It was a save immediately prior to going back to Nur. You'll need to have a PS Plus subscription, set your games to automatically back up to the cloud, and be lucky enough to have a backup before going to Nur. But it's worth a shot!!!

There may be a similar work around for those on Xbox and Computer, but I'm not sure. Let me know if this works for you!

  • This doesn’t work, I have even gone as far as to delete the game completely and redownload does nothing . I have seen this happen to people returning but I just got there and now I’m stuck in the water until actually decides to do something. Getting terrible battlefront 1 flashbacks of those terrible bugs

I was able to work around using this methods on PS4. No official solution has been provided.
