I would still like to try to solve this for you. Another thing that can cause this error is if your .NET Framework is out-of-date.
Go to the link below and download and install the latest .NET Framework.

It says that it's already installed on this computer.
Alright. Well the last two options I see are to uninstall and re-install the game. If that fails, you may need to try to do a full clean install of Win10. This is much more time consuming and would be the last resort. I would start off by uninstalling and re-installing the game to see if that solves it first.
After you uninstall from the control panel, make sure to REBOOT your PC. Then go back into Origin (As Admin) and download and install the game again. Let me know how this goes for you.

Hey guys! So problem has now been solved, I would firstly like to thank @TapouTony420 for standing by, being patient and helping all the way. Fortunately I was able to fix the problem using instructions found at http://finally-found-the-solution.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/how-to-fix-0xc000007b-application-error.html the subtitle "Replace the most frequently used DLL files..." If they don't work I highly recommend following the other steps available. Again thanks to @TapouTony420 and hope to see you all in game!
i click on the website and get error 404. Im having the same exact problem msvcp stuff and then application cant start. Solutions please !
