Is there any possibility to contact customer support via email...?

Is there any possibility to contact customer support via email? My EA account is linked to wrong PSN account...

I´ve tried the customer support, but so far it only offers me support via phone and my country is not available on the list of countries, so I can´t use that service. Also, live chat was not available for me either...

I really want to get my accounts sorted out and email seems like the only option for me.
