Zeffo crash site stuck on 92% everything discovered + bogano reseacher 13 faded

Summarize your bug On zeffo discovered all secrets chests and echo's but progress of the crash site stays at 92% .and overall world at 99 .but when i look at the planet it says everything discovered . and on bogano the faded mural is not scannable so no databank entry. So result the Galaxy far far away achievement is not obtainable.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Something doesnt count towards completion on zeffo . And the faded mural happens every time
What happens when the bug occurs? Bd wont scan object. And zeffo world progress doesnt count correctly
What do you expect to see? A patch that fixes the problem and make the last thing for the achievement obtainable
