Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I have found this Discovery's on bogano, on the table but it hasn't registered so I can't get the achievement?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Archive 1 discovery 2
What happens when the bug occurs? I have scanned it but it hasn't popped up in menu
What do you expect to see? There's nothing there to scan anymore

    Started playing this month with all patches at the time and still had this bug.

    It's the last thing I need to get my platinum. I put a good amount of time into the game so I hope this is patched soon

    Happens to me as well, it looks like I saw the log but it does not appear in the archive as found. It's the only thing I miss for platinum

    @justsamuelhaze Yep, same. Into June and still no fix for this. It was all I needed for the platinum trophy, so all my time was just wasted.

    @P-* hi I found that it's in a different room to the video I was watching on YouTube, it's in a very similar room, you have to climb some pipes to get there, it's out there I promise
