Imperial Headquarters chest glitched

Summarize your bug I've open both chests in Imperial headquarters and both dont register. Area shows that I've explored 100%, but Zeffo is at 98%.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the chest at imperial headquarters.
What happens when the bug occurs? Chest dosnt register.
What do you expect to see? Fix the registering issues.

I didn't notice till later when I wanted to 100% the game. I came back to zeffo, I did have few missing chest and secrets. But when I went to imperial headquarters to see what was missing the chest were already open. I do remember opening them, but can't remember if the register the first time I open them. I only need this two chest so I can get they trophy.
