  • I resolved my issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling to the same directory as all of my other EA Pro Play games.

    I also then located the file directly within the folder and double clicked it to launch the game outside of Origin.

    It finally loaded and worked perfectly.

    I am thinking it was confused because I had recently uninstalled Windows Preview and restalled Windows 10 standard release without preview builds.

    My guess is I had files in multiple locations.

    Seemed to help by initiating the starwarssquadron.exe directly outside of Origin.

    I think turning off the setting Run within Origin may have also played a role.
