STAR WAR: Jedi Fallen Order - Downloading is too slow

Question

I purchased SW: Jedi Fallen Order on March 1st and still don't have the game fully download on my PC. Several times I have left my PC on all day and night to download the game, but the download speed is below 100 KB/sec to 0, by morning all that's downloaded is 0-1%. It's March 22nd, I only have downloaded 6% of the game and the download speed now is 0 B/sec. What is wrong with Origin? I have checked everything on my PC. My internet connection is good. My firewall will accept the download. The only thing that is wrong is goddamn slow downloading.

WHAT'S THE DEAL???!!!!! I WANT TO PLAY MY GAME!!!!!

I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
