FIND BD1 ENCRYPTED LOGS TROPHY BUG

Summarize your bug Hello EA so I am really close to getting the platinum trophy but there’s is a bug on “ARCHIVE FIVE ‘ASTRIUM’” for the first log in this category name “Shyyyko Bird” I absolutely remember scanning this log but it somehow did not go in my database and I came back to the same location and it doesn’t appear anymore since I technically got it. This would prevent me to get the platinum and it is really annoying for the fact that I can’t do anything about it. What could I do or be done about this?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the database in Kashyyyk when going to the Gnarled Heights section and finding the bird. The log didn’t register in the database.
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not register on the database and shows as incomplete and can’t get a trophy or make is respawn when coming back to the map.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the log to be able to register it on the database
