bug for xbox series x on jedi fallen order

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug ok so I was about to land on kashyyyk on my xbox series x playing jedi fallen order using game pass but then my game bugged out and its on a black screen you can still access the menu to look at your abilities but the real game is just black with some blue dots
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play jedi fallen order on xbox series x using game pass then when you get to the part when you are about to land sit in the chair then your screen turns black
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a black screen with blue dots
What do you expect to see? a cut seen showing the mantis landing on kashyyyk

    Hi  @EA_Atic,

    Same problem first game played on Xbox series X via game pass ultimate. Downloaded 17th Jan 2021.

    This bug makes game progress unachievable and the game unplayable until fixed.

    How are these bug reports prioritised, allocated to Devs and fix timeframes decided?

    It is 2024 and the game is unplayable. Whenever I leave the first planet and go to Kashyyk or Zeffo the graphical glitches go insane. The background constantly flickers. Too bad because the game was beginning to be fun.
