Re: Laptop Capability Question
Absolutely not. You will need a dedicated GPU (NVIDIA) to play this or almost any game. That laptop's CPU may be able to cut it, but the integrated graphics doesn't even meet the minimum requirements (NVIDIA GTX 650 or AMD Radeon 7750).
You want to find a gaming laptop like this one: https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/7170218/MSI-GF65-Thin-9SEXR-GF65-Thin/ You will want something with at least 4 cores, and an NVIDIA or AMD Graphics card, and at least 8GB RAM (but 16 is generally recommended these days).
Keep in mind gaming laptops (my opinion) are overrated unless you really need that portability. They usually have terrible battery life and the price-to-performance is pretty bad compared to a desktop PC. You won't find a gaming laptop for less than $800, but you can easily find a used desktop PC and monitor with decent hardware for around $500 that would be able to do some light gaming. Something like this, but you'd also need a monitor, keyboard and a mouse: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Gaming-PC-Computer-i7-3770-3-4-GHz-16-GB-RAM-256GB-2-5-SSD-GTX-1060-6GB/124458288105?hash=item1cfa4ac3e9:g:8ZgAAOSwhC9fvwYa
