Anti-Material Rocket Turret is Unbalanced/Exploitable

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Fleet Battles
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. In a fleet battle, I observed that all capital ships will completely ignore both Turret Mines and the new Anti-Material Rocket Turrets from support ships, allowing them to pummel capital ships while the other team stays out of range at zero risk.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. In Ranked Fleet Battle on the Yavin map.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11/28/2020 ~2:00 AM EST
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? A team consisting of mostly support ships (3 tie reapers, in this case) were capable of taking down both Nebulon B's and the MC-75, while sustaining no loses and making it nearly impossible for us to swing momentum.
What do you expect to see? Corvettes, Frigates, and Capital ships targeting these mines with their lasers instead of firing at AI ships that were outside their range.

Anti-Material Rocket Turret component appears to be highly unbalanced. It allows support ships to cause massive damage to capital ships without entering the capital ship's range. Highly frustrating to play against, requires a player to choose between going for Momentum by attacking the support ships before they retreat, or preventing the turets from causing massive damage to a capital ship. 

In the practice tool, I was able to take a Star Destroyer down to 19/100 without ever taking down it's shields or destroying a sub-system using only the Anti-Material Rocket Turret. I never took any serious damage since I was at the Star Destroyer's maximum range at most.
