Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Kashyyyk Glitch - Imperial Refinery

Summarize your bug My character model disappeared inside what looks like a wind turbine in the Imperial Refinery section of Kashyyyk. I was unable to get out and was forced to jump off and respawn.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Land on Kashyyyk. Leave the ship, and travel through the main part of the map until you reach the “Imperial Refinery” section. Pull out your map. On the far right side of “Imperial Refinery”, there are 3 wind turbines, or at least what appears to be wind turbines. Still using the map, you can see that one of the “turbines” has 3 small island platforms to the side of it, with a pipe connecting two of platforms. Travel to this “turbine”. Reach the middle platform. Then, without sprinting, run to the edge and hold the jump button, attempting to reach the center of the turbine. It’s not easy; I tried replicating it myself and it is very difficult.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal disappears inside the turbine’s center. I can still move around, however there is no way to get back to the legitimate part of the map. To get back to the real portion of the map I had to jump off the edge and respawn back across the water.
What do you expect to see? Your character model will disappear inside the structure. If you move around a bit, third-person camera angle and perspective might change slightly, allowing you to view your character inside the structure.

Glitch on Kashyyyk. Left me unable to play the game unless I jumped off edge of map.
