Hi all,
Thanks for these reports.
Passing it on to the teams.
@EA_LeeuwHaving the same issue on Xbox series X as well. From day one when I bought the game. I selected performance mode and immediately playing the first chapter I noticed the game was dropping frame rates dramatically, even on cutscenes. I deleted the game hoping this would fix the issue, but after doing that, even before booting up the game, I went into to my visual settings, and performance mode was toggled off? I thought maybe this was just a one time issue.
But as I progressed through another chapter, I kept noticing that it was turning off performance mode. Even knowing for a fact I am toggling on performance mode. I seen others on Reddit are having this issue as well on PS5. I can toggle on performance mode 10 times and no matter what, it will switch back to quality mode. Also this issue never occurs when I played Jedi fallen order. If I selected performance mode, it would stay at that mode I selected. So I know this is definitely an issue with the game itself. I hope within the next patch 5 this will be addressed.Any update on a fix coming soon for this issue?

I will try to bump the issue with the teams.
When are u going to address a fix? Dont make a game without even bothering to fix it. Just because it has good reviews. It doesn't mean u can leave it. It still has bugs like t posting on the ship when travelling.
- @EA_Leeuw Sooo did the super team find a fix for this or whats up?
Just started my second playthrough, and immediately got annoyed over this again.
Its on the edge of a game breaker tbh
