Game Crash

This is the error code "LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 1038] Unable to reserve slot" It is the same error code every single time and it always happens right as I get to the bridge. Connected to this also my game will just crash about every 20 minutes randomly, no cut scene, or scene transition, just while running around.
