Re: Will there be stats in Star Wars battlefront 2 in the future

Honestly I really hope not. I played like 10 matches of strike recently and I think I lost every single one. My team rarely seemed to be playing the objective. I'm not sure but I think this is bleed over from Battlefront 1 where everyone is scared of their "stats". Play the objective and have fun. Don't focus on what your stats are. Its so annoying when I'm left alone protecting the objective and get slaughtered because the rest of my team mates are out camping around various areas trying to rack up the kills. I can't tell you how many times since early access I've literally watched 3-4 of my team mates just stand around shooting for kills RIGHT NEXT TO THE OBJECTIVE meanwhile I have to run up turn it on/pick it up/whatever it may be. So many times I've had a losing team because nobody pays attention. So I hope for the sake of team play and the objective stats are never added back into the game. The focus should be the objective.
