"Resilience" Perk missing after game crash

What happens when the bug occurs? I had obtained the Perk "Resilience" from Zee while progressing the story on Grandmaster and I experienced one (of MANY) game crashes. When I loaded back in, the Resilience perk is missing and I am unable to find it. I am able to equip perks in general, but upon defeating the Rancor and getting the "Shatter" perk, I am able to equip Shatter.
What do you expect to see? The Resilience perk properly in it's place and equippable as other perks I have unlocked are. I'd grab you a screenshot but the game crashes so often I can't even load in without it freezing up.

Summary of issue;

I had obtained the Perk "Resilience" from Zee while progressing the story on Grandmaster and I experienced one (of 25+ in the last day) game crashes. When I loaded back in, the Resilience perk is missing and I am unable to find it.

I am able to equip perks in general, but upon defeating the Rancor and getting the "Shatter" perk, I am able to equip Shatter.

I'd grab you a screenshot but the game crashes so often I can't even load in without it freezing up.
