Hey @WasabiWolf311,
When you upgraded your GPU, did you also perform a fresh install of the GPU drivers via Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?

Yes, I made sure to uninstall the NVIDIA drivers (I switched from a GTX 760) and installed the necessary AMD drivers.
- EA_Leeuw@WasabiWolf311, okay, but did you also use DDU for that? Or just the general Windows uninstaller?
No I just used the regular windows uninstaller
- EA_Leeuw@WasabiWolf311, I see, that could be the issue. Could you maybe give DDU a try?
