Force Confusion got disabled

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Force Confusion feature is disabled
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you reach a point early in Koboh where Cal first gains the ability to use Force Confusion on bigger creatures. As you approach the creature and a whole squad of Imprial enemies, the right bumper doesn’t work as it should. After that encounter, Force Confusion is permanently disabled, even when fighting regular enemies.
What happens when the bug occurs? During combat, despite the RB button being visible on the screen, pressing it on your controller does nothing.
What do you expect to see? I was hoping to see the enemy highlighted in blue so I could use Force Confusion on a group of enemies so they fight each other.

    I too have this problem. In my case I’m playing the game on PS5 but the same bug occurs. Ever since I first unlocked force confusion at the Forrest array it hasn’t worked; when I press R1 + circle, nothing happens. I’m currently trapped on the garrison in koboh where Cal has to confuse an enemy in order to keep going but although I press R1 nothing happens and I can’t keep going  on. I tried reloading my save and the game but the situation is still the same and I really hope I don’t have to restart the game nor want to.

    A similar thing happened to me i just got the game and started a new game. I got the xbox version. Got to the part on coruscant where you learn the force confusion on two stormtroopers and the game freezes right when the directions appear to show you how to use it. For me it says hold RB and press B however, the B letter doesn't appear on the directions and the game freezes there. I tried everything and nothing has worked.

    It's all a big joke. And amistake buying this jok..er i mean game. Wish on every one of the 7 hells someone else would take EAs place.

    Same thing happened to me in new game +. A force echo was available near the array. After I picked it up, I have been unable to use the confuse ability on any enemy.
