Game freezes when opening crates

Summarize your bug Most of the time when I open crates, the loading circle appears in the corner of screen and the game freezes on that point. The crate doesn't open, and it loads forever. I either have to leave the game and rejoin, or wait a couple of minutes and get disconnected from server.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Open the game and go into the crate opening. 2. Open a crate. 3. Get a loading circle in the corner of the screen. 4. It will stay there for a couple of minutes. 5. After it disappears, I get disconnected from server,
What happens when the bug occurs? I either get disconnected or have to rejoin myself.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to find a fix to this bug, it has been happening to me after the game came out, it didn't happen in Beta.
