Graphics glitching, Pixels are overlapping and blacking out

Using a nvidia 5070 with ryzen9800x3d. Windows 11. 


Getting a video rendering glitch that makes the game unplayable.

Ive already tried repairing the game. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Rolled back my drivers and still getting the same overlapping glitch. Tried full screen, windowed, and borderless, glitch is still present. All overlays are disabled.
Game crashes instantly if i try to join a game. 
Please if anyone has encounterd this or knows how to fix it let me know.
