Wanderer materials not showing up for the jacket

I must’ve triple checked this so many times but the specific chest on Jedha where you obtain the wanderer jacket materials is already opened, yet the customization options are still locked. Of course it had to be my favorite jacket I found so far in the game. Anyone else have this issue and if so we’re you able to fix it? I’ve tried restarting multiple times and going to meditation spots.
