Hello everyone, I have an Acer Aspire XC 1760 computer, and at a certain point in the movie that starts when you decide to start Cal's journey, when a large crater in the city of Coruscant appears, the game crashes, and I have the following mistake:

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] pResource->Map(Subresource, pReadRange, reinterpret_cast<void**>(&pData)) failed at D:\depot\r8branches\r8release\Engine\Source\Runtime\D3D12RHI\Private\D3D12RHIPrivate.h:1253 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I have also already tried installing various drivers and updating them without success. I ask you for advice.

    Hi,

    I am getting this error as well. In my case it happened after the game froze when trying to respawn forcing me to quit out. Now, whenever I try to get back in this is the error I receive it occurs when I try to use the "continue" option also when I use the "load"  option. I have an Nvidia 3070 and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600

    Any solutions?

    I am worried if I start a new game it will just happen again.

    Is refund the only option?

    Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

    Very dissapointed.

    Yeah same issue its definitely software. I'm running the game a brand new rig with the the newest intel i9, 32gb rams, and RTX 4090. It happens ever time I'm on the Jedha regional map. Man for a AAA studio you would think they would iron out all the basic kinks before launch.

    Same here. Didn't start having crashes until after the patch.  Not sure if it was related or because I made some progress and visited new planets.  Constantly crashing. Unplayable.

    SPECS:

    AMD Ryzen 9 7950x 16-Core (32CPU)

    64GB RAM DDR5

    NVidia GeForce RTX 4070 TI

    20h game smooth. now mostly crash when respawn.
