Anyone had an issue loading save game data?

Well my star wars jedi survivor will not load save data. I click on the save to load. Screen goes black and game crashes. I have tried clearing cache. Resetting the xbox. Reinstalling the game. I changed gamer profile.I started a new game under a new save and it loads fine but my original with 40 hours of gameplay wont load. I even bought an Xbox series x an improvement over my Xbox one x and still no luck even after trying all these fixes again. So far EA has been absolutely useless in helping. Anyone have this issue and fixed it?
