I’m having the same issue with this milestone as well.
On the milestone screen it says that I have found 1 out of 3 collectibles. However, the mission screen says that I have found all 3 collectibles for the Scavenger ; The Cleaner mission.
I’ve tried redoing the mission but I’ve already unlocked the items.
